I didn’t do any sewing yesterday after all, I just cleaned and did some work on the kids Halloween costume accessories. I got fed up with my broken broom and went and got a new one, a new mop, and some cleaning supplies to try make my house as allergy free as possible when mom comes. While I was out I got a salad and a roast chicken, so when Paul and the kids got home we ate diner fairly early and then had time for a bike ride along the river. (I love that my kid’s school doesn’t give any weekend homework. It makes things much easier, when on Friday they can just come home with nothing they need to do.)

Today I am going to be drafting some patterns for Isaac, so I need to go and get some tissue paper, and then we are going up to the National Cathedral to take some pictures of Emmie in her new peach dress.
